Roero Arneis 'Serra Lupini' Nergro is produced exclusively from Arneis grapes grown at an altitude of 280-320 meters above sea level in the prestigious Roero area. 20% of the wine undergoes a cryomaceration process for 8-10 hours, ferments in stainless steel at 15-17°C, and does not undergo malolactic fermentation. It is then aged in stainless steel 'sur lies' with batonnage for a minimum of 4 months.
