Etna Bianco Tornatore 2024
Etna Bianco Tornatore is born from the expert vinification of the Carricante white grape variety, grown in highly suitable volcanic soils and terraced at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level on the northern slope of the volcano. This straw-yellow wine with light greenish reflections offers mineral notes with mentholated hints typical of high-altitude wines, and green apple with the primary aromas characteristic of the variety.

Etna Bianco Tornatore is made with 100% Carricante. The grapes, hand-picked into small crates, are quickly transported to the cellar and hand-sorted on a conveyor belt. Destemmed and lightly crushed, they are sent to the press where they are gently pressed. The resulting must is cold-clarified and fermented at a temperature of 15-16°C. After fermentation, the resulting wine rests on the fine lees for approximately three months. It ages for 4 to 6 months in steel and concrete tanks.
