Zibibbo Passito Hibiscus 'Zhabib' 2022 is made from Moscatellone d'Alessandria vineyards, known as Zibibbbo, located in the municipality of Ustica, in the heart of western Sicily. The grapes are harvested and selected exclusively by hand, left to partially dry in the sun on special racks, and added to the fermenting must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
