Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Villa Bucci Riserva is a white wine with red characteristics and should be treated like a red, especially when serving at a chilled temperature, not icy cold, especially in older vintages. Ideally, the bottle should be opened at least half an hour beforehand.
