Speri's Amarone della Valpolicella 'Sant'Urbano' is produced with a blend of 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara. Vinified as a red wine, the finest bunches are hand-selected and then dried for approximately 100 days, resulting in a loss of approximately 40% in weight. It ages for 24 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, followed by 18 months in medium-large Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in bottle for 12 months.

Amarone della Valpolicella 'Sant'Urbano' Speri is the undisputed symbol of the Speri family. Amarone Sant'Urbano is an excellent example of finesse and classic style. An extraordinary wine of great complexity and vigorous structure, it has always been at the forefront of elegance and quality. It is produced from a blend of 70% Corvina Veronese and Corvinone, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Molinara. The grapes are grown on the Monte Sant'Urbano estate in the municipality of Fumane, located on a hill at an altitude of between 280 and 350 meters above sea level. It is vinified as a red wine, starting with the manual selection of the finest bunches and subsequently dried for approximately 100 days, with a weight loss of approximately 40%. This is followed by pressing and a long fermentation with maceration. Aged for 24 months in 500-liter French oak tonneaux, followed by 18 months in medium-large Slavonian oak barrels. Aged in bottle for 12 months.
