What to pair wine with Santa Cristina Antinori 2024

Santa Cristina Antinori is a very versatile wine, it pairs well with pasta dishes with sauce, semi-mature cheeses, and white and red meats.

Contains sulfites.

The Santa Cristina Antinori is produced from a blend of Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet, and Syrah. The grapes are harvested at different times and vinified separately depending on the variety. After destemming and soft pressing, the grapes macerate for approximately one week in stainless steel tanks. During this phase, the wine completes alcoholic fermentation at a temperature no higher than 25°C (77°F) and is then racked to undergo malolactic fermentation. The Rosso Santa Cristina is bottled starting in October.
