The Marabino Nero d'Avola 'Rosso di Contrada' is produced from vineyards planted in the Buonivini district, with varying soil hues, exposure, and slopes. To fully understand the potential of each individual vineyard, the wines have always been vinified and aged separately, allowing us to fully interpret each parcel and enhance its distinctive characteristics. Vinified in stainless steel (spontaneous fermentation and lengthy maceration of the must with the skins in stainless steel tanks) and aged in barrels for at least a year, it is followed by extensive bottle aging.
