Rossojbleo Gulfi is an organic wine made exclusively from Nero d'Avola grapes, Sicily's flagship grape. The grapes undergo brief maceration and fermentation in stainless steel, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, before being bottled and released for sale almost a year after harvest.
