The Rosanera Marabino is inspired by the traditional 'pista e mbutta' or crush and put in the barrel, an ancient technique from the Etna area to produce rosé from Nero d'Avola grapes, from which it takes its name.

A blend of small Pachino bush-trained vineyards, both old and young vines, grown on diverse soils. The grapes are harvested when fully ripe, imparting a character and density almost reminiscent of a red wine. Direct pressing and vinification of only the free-run must in barriques of various types. Spontaneous fermentation, vinified in barriques of various types. It matures in stainless steel until the following spring with continuous bâtonnage (stirring) performed according to the phases of the moon. Biodynamic agriculture, without herbicides, chemical and/or synthetic treatments and/or fertilizers, pesticide treatments limited to low doses of mined sulfur; fertilizers limited to biodynamic preparations, pruning residues, and green manure of grasses and legumes.
