Etna Rosato Tornatore is made with 100% Nerello Mascalese. The grapes are hand-picked into small crates and quickly transported to the cellar for manual selection on a conveyor belt. Destemmed and lightly crushed, they are sent to the press where they are gently pressed. The resulting must is cold-clarified and fermented at a temperature of 15-16°C. After fermentation, the resulting wine rests on the fine lees for approximately three months. It ages for three months in stainless steel and two months in bottle.
