What to pair wine with Aglianico Rosato San Salvatore 'Vetere' 2024
The 2019 Vetere from San Salvatore is the perfect wine for even a full-bodied dish, as its acidity pleasantly cleanses the palate. Fried sardines, for example, or even lightly seasoned salmon, would pair well with a glass served at 12-13 degrees Celsius.
