Firriato's Quater Vitis Bianco is born from the high percentage of clay present in the Pianoro Cuddìa soil, a wine that fully reflects the organoleptic characteristics of its terroir. A blend of four native grape varieties, Quater Vitis Bianco can be described as an original interpretation of Sicily, capturing the island in a single glass. Catarratto contributes fruity and complex aromas, accentuated by the aromatic characteristics of Zibibbo, in harmony with the elegance of Inzolia and the minerality of Carricante, which originates on Mount Etna at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level on the Cavanera Estate. The balance of sweetness and sustained acidity make Quater Vitis Bianco a wine destined for bottle aging.
