Lageder Pinot Noir is produced from vineyards located in Appiano, Pochi di Salorno, and Cortaccia, on sandy, clayey, and calcareous soils. It ages in wooden barrels and concrete vats for approximately 12 months. Maceration takes place in stainless steel.
