What to pair wine with Pinot Nero Brunnenhof 'Johann' 2023
Pinot Nero ''Mazzon'' Riserva Brunnenhof is recommended with white meats, light first courses, game, grilled dishes and fresh cheeses.
Contains sulfites.
Brunnenhof Pinot Noir is produced exclusively from the eponymous grape, mostly grown in Mazzon, with the remainder coming from a specially rented vineyard. The sandy-clay soil, the afternoon sun, and the Ora del Garda wind provide the vineyard with ideal climatic conditions. The Pinot Noir that distinguishes this cru has been grown here for over 100 years. The grapes ferment in large wooden vats, after which the wine ages in used tonneaux.
