Franz Haas Pinot Grigio is ideal with pasta, rice, and cereal-based first courses, vegetable-based dishes, and plain grilled white meats.

Franz Haas Pinot Grigio is produced from the eponymous grapes grown using the Guyot system on medium and high hillsides between 350 and 800 meters above sea level. The very rich, deep soils, with a good clay and silt content, originate from the erosion of the mountain above. Exposures vary from south to southwest. Fermentation of the must takes place at a controlled temperature almost exclusively in steel tanks and, in small quantities, in barriques. The wine then ages for approximately four months on the lees, again separately, as during fermentation.
