A well-rounded, minerally, and fresh wine, it has an initial warm note on the palate, immediately balanced by a fresh and pleasant acidity. A lingering floral finish.

It undergoes brief maceration before being pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature. It then spends five months in steel tanks on the lees before bottling. An excellent alternative to Gewurztraminer for a wine with more pronounced acidity.
