Petit Arvine ''Fleur'' Petite Les Cretes is produced with the late-ripening native variety of the Aosta Valley. Its name derives from the ''Arvine'' variety and the small size of its berries. The grapes are grown in a single vineyard in the Montjovet area in the lower valley, historically recognized for the quality of its production. This produces a concentrated and aromatic Petite Arvine. The grapes undergo a gentle whole-berry pressing and alcoholic fermentation for 12 days in stainless steel at 16°C. The resulting wine ages ''sur lies'' for 9 months. This wine is characterized by the intense minerality and salinity typical of mountain wines.
