Petite Arvine Chateau Feuillet is produced by harvesting the grapes in mid-October. The grapes are then brought to the cellar, crushed, and left to macerate on the skins for two days. They are then pressed and fermentation begins at a controlled temperature that does not exceed 18°C (64°F). Malolactic fermentation is not performed. It matures for several months in stainless steel tanks, and in spring the wine is bottled. It ages for two months before being released for sale in late spring.
