The vineyards' excellent exposure, which enjoys abundant sunlight and the cool breeze from nearby Lake Garda, allows the grapes to express their full potential. Expert cellaring produces a red wine of great elegance and harmony, refined and capable of developing positively for over a decade.

What to pair wine with La Grola Allegrini 2021
Allegrini Grola is a perfect accompaniment to red meat dishes, both roasted and with brown sauces, especially lamb and goat. It's also delicious with stewed or grilled mushrooms and mild, mature cheeses.
Contains sulfites.
La Grola Allegrini is produced with 90% Corvina Veronese and 10% Oseleta grapes on the estate of the same name, where the Corvina grape is said to originate. This is a select location and has always been the iconic vineyard of the Valpolicella Classica region. The wine ferments for approximately 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with periodic daily pumping over, while malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in barriques in October. The wine then ages in second-use French oak barriques for 16 months and then in bottle for 10 months.
