Friulano Jacuss pairs well with prosciutto, salami, and cured meats in general. It pairs beautifully with fish dishes, fresh cheeses, pasta dishes, and soups.

Friulano Jacuss is produced exclusively from the eponymous grape variety grown in the municipality of Torreano (UD). Manual harvesting, soft pressing of the whole grapes, fermentation, and temperature control at 16°-18°C (61°-64°F) are carried out. The wine ages and refines on its lees until bottling.
