What to pair wine with Pinot Bianco Jacuss 2024

Jacuss Pinot Bianco is an excellent all-meal wine, ideal with fish, risotto, cream soups, egg and fish dishes, and lean appetizers. It's usually paired with traditional Friulian first courses.

Contains sulfites.

Jacuss Pinot Bianco is made from 100% Pinot Bianco grapes grown on medium-textured soil (in the municipality of Torreano, in the eastern hills of Friuli), a unique microclimate with significant temperature ranges and constant ventilation due to the presence of the Prealpine valleys. Vinification begins with manual harvesting, in crates, at full ripeness. Soft pressing of the whole grapes begins fermentation at a constant temperature of 16°-18°C. Malolactic fermentation follows, with 20% of the must fermenting in barriques and blended with the remainder, which ferments in tanks before bottling in reclined bottles.
