Vinification in stainless steel, followed by at least 24 months of aging on the lees, gives the wine a floral and lively profile, with great balance and delicate finesse.

The free-run must undergoes the first alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation in the bottle on the lees takes place over the following 24 months. Vinification in stainless steel, followed by at least 24 months of aging on the lees, gives the wine a floral and lively profile, with great balance and delicate finesse.
