The Uberti Franciacorta 'Sublimis' Dosaggio Zero is a reserve made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, the essence and substance of a single vineyard in Calino. After a long aging on its lees, it expresses the refinement of the Dosaggio Zero. After rigorous selection of the bunches and a light pressing, the must is fermented in 32hl natural oak vats. Following tirage in spring, it spends over 72 months on the lees, and after disgorgement, it ages for at least six months before being released for sale.
