Don Luigi Di Majo Norante is produced in the Martarosa area, from a 15-year-old vineyard. The vineyard covers 6 hectares, yielding 60-70 quintals per hectare. Harvest takes place in late October. The must macerates on the skins for about a month. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in barriques, where it remains for about a year before aging in the bottle for another 6 months.
