Tintilia Majo Norante is made from a selection of the finest grapes of the same name, an ancient native Molise grape. The must ferments and macerates on the skins for about a month, then undergoes complete malolactic fermentation. It then ages partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks. Finally, it ages in the bottle for six months before being released for sale.
