Spinelli Chardonnay is produced in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. The hilly area averages 230 meters above sea level and features predominantly clayey-calcareous soils. The grapes undergo a brief cold maceration, soft pressing, and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being released for sale between January and February of the year following the harvest.
