Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rue Di Piane Spinelli is produced from a selection of native red grapes grown in the heart of the province of Chieti, between the Maiella National Park and the Adriatic Sea. The vines are cultivated on hilly terrain, averaging 230 meters above sea level, with predominantly clay-limestone soils. It is produced with a light cold maceration of the must, soft pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
