Alturis Chardonnay is particularly suitable for light appetizers, seafood salads, risottos, and delicate fish or vegetable-based first courses. It also pairs perfectly with egg dishes, baked fish, and grilled fish.

Alturis Chardonnay is made from the eponymous grape grown in the plains and hills near Cividale del Friuli. The whole grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must undergoes cold static decantation. Fermentation and aging sur lies take place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
