Louis Roederer's 'Premiere Brut' Champagne is a blend of approximately 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier. Brut Premier combines wines vinified in oak barrels from three Champagne grape varieties, sourced from various crus selected by Louis Roederer. It is aged for three years in the cellar and rests for at least six months after disgorgement. Striking a balance between youth and maturity, seduction and character, freshness and vinosity, Brut Premier is a blended wine that is ample and structured, elegant and energetic, incredibly vibrant. Its structured texture, richness, and persistence are decidedly vinous. Complete, complex, modern, and powerful at the same time, it remains a great classic.
