Suntory's Hibiki Harmony Whisky is a blended whisky that brings together the best of Suntory's three distilleries: Hakushu, the light and floral single malt; Yamazaki, fruity and smooth; and Chita grain whisky. The whiskies that make up Harmony are drawn from five different casks, including American oak, European sherry, and Mizunara oak. The blend was created by the Suntory team, led by Master Blender Shingo Torii. This blended whisky is elegant and incredibly balanced.
