The Barolo ''Ravera'' Vajra is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes grown in the vineyard of the same name, on clay-limestone soil. It is vinified in custom-designed vertical vats, with frequent pumping over. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel the following spring. It ages for 31 months in large Slavonian barrels before bottling.
