Barolo Conterno Fantino Sorì Ginestra 2020 comes from one of the most exciting wineries in the Monforte d'Alba area and represents its crown jewel. This vineyard enjoys perfect southern exposure, at an altitude of 350 meters, on soils composed of silt, sand, and clay. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for a couple of weeks. It ages in French oak barrels for two years, followed by another year of bottle aging.
