The 2020 Elio Grasso Ginastra Matè Barolo is a 100% Nebbiolo. The grapes are harvested from approximately 40-year-old vineyards in Monforte d'Alba, a place that has always been considered extraordinarily suited, where the pursuit of excellence combines perfectly with a still-traditional approach tied to craftsmanship and a love of the land. This superb Barolo ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks and ages for almost three years in Slavonian oak barrels. It completes its refinement with 10 months in bottle.
