Barolo Massolino is best paired with red meats, especially game and venison, and truffle-based dishes. It's also excellent with egg pasta dishes with meat sauces and risottos, as well as with medium-aged cow's and goat's cheeses.

Barolo Massolino is produced using the traditional method with long fermentation and maceration in oak vats at temperatures around 30°C. It is then aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for up to 30 months. It is then bottle-aged in special, cool, dark cellars. The 150cl magnum version is a perfect gift and the ideal size for anyone wishing to preserve this Barolo for a long time.
