On the palate, this wine displays the power and unmistakable structure of its vineyard, the southeast side of the Cannubi hill. The Cannubi fruit emerges from these layers of clay interspersed with sand, which make this hill unique.

On the palate, black fruits, spices, mineral notes as well as vanilla and the oak of the tonneaux dominate, giving that right and intrinsic balance between sweetness and structure.
