Visual

Crystal clear, full-straw yellow with golden hues, consistent.

Olfactive

Intense, broad and fine. It combines a pregievole Buquet of wildflowers, fruity notes of ripe apricot and quince, continues with pleasant notes of honey, vegetable notes of tomato leaf, and closes with a flint tip.

Tasting

It has a dry, soft and harmonious whole, with an exceptional persistence due to the particularly full body. A wine that surprises for the large structure coupled with extraordinary elegance.

Combinations

It goes well with pasta with truffles, with great variety of fish dishes, especially baked and sauced, but it gets to be able to marry white meat.

Description

The Vintage Tunina' Born in the heart of the Collio. The first evidence of grapes date back to the vintage 1973 and the first vintage for listing under that name, and that label was the 1975 vintage. It is produced from a blend of Cabernet, Chardonnay, Ribolla, Malvasia Istriana and Picolit with a very scrupulous and careful selection of the best grapes of dedicated vineyards, which are harvested late, about two weeks after the normal. Tunina the name refers to the former owner of the land on which the original vineyard site and is also dedicated lover poorest of Casanova, a Venetian ruler who precisely was called Tunina (Antonia). A wine that for over thirty years echoed in the popular imagination as one of the leading exponents of the Friulian white wine, Italian and more, so much so that in 1976, Luigi Veronelli, one of the experts in the wine industry, dubbed as the Vintage Tunina 'the Mennea of ??Italian wines'. Best served at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.'
