Donnafugata's Vigna di Gabri pairs well with seafood first courses, flans, and baked fish. It's also excellent with delicate meats, such as scallops cooked in white wine.

Donnafugata's Vigna di Gabri is produced with a blend of Ansonica, Lucido (Catarratto), Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a temperature of 15-16°C. It ages for 7 months (85% in tanks and 15% in French oak barriques), followed by 5 months in bottle.
