Antonio Camillo's Vermentino Marittimo is produced in the municipality of Capalbio from a 20-year-old vineyard. The Camillo Antonio winery takes its name from its owner, who established his own winery in 2006. The vineyards extend over approximately nine hectares and are primarily composed of old vines, between 40 and 50 years old. Antonio loves working with older vines, capable of best expressing the terroir. He also favors traditional manual harvesting methods, and even health protection measures are performed only with natural products such as copper and sulfur. Even in the cellar, intervention is minimal, favoring the natural expression of the grapes.
