The Three Dreamers Fantini is made from 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes grown in the Cantalupo (TE) production area. It is vinified by first drying the grapes in temperature-controlled lofts for approximately 120 days. After drying, the grapes are softly pressed and fermentative maceration takes place in stainless steel for 6 months. It is aged in American oak barriques for 18 months.
