The Rossese Di Dolceacqua 'Fulavin' Tenuta Anfosso is produced from the vineyard of the same name, located at the top of the hill with virtually full sun exposure. It differs from the Poggio Pini not only in its soil composition but also in its microclimatic conditions. Since the Fulavin vineyard is located higher up, it is not directly affected by the sea breeze. A portion of the initial grapes are not destemmed, the percentages of which may vary depending on the vintage. Fermentation on the skins lasts approximately 10-14 days at a constant temperature of 26-28°C. Aged for 12 months in steel tanks and six months in bottle.
