Rossara Zeni is a pleasant and captivating medium-bodied wine made from the eponymous grape variety, traditionally grown in the Campo Rotaliano area. Over the past thirty years, it has been slowly abandoned to make way for Teroldego. Currently, an old vineyard exists in the municipality of Mezzolombardo, in the Giare area, from which the grapes are harvested. Some vines have also been removed to plant new Rossara vines, ensuring that this grape, an integral part of Trentino's culture, is not lost.
