Carmenere Inama Piu' 2022

Carmenere Più is produced with a distinctive blend from the Berici Hills, a region south of Vicenza characterized by clay and marine limestone soils that produce great Carmenere, complemented here with a touch of Merlot. Notes of small red fruits are complemented by an electrifying hint of spice and black pepper; a fresh and pleasant drink.

Carmenere Più Inama is produced between the municipalities of Lonigo and San Germano dei Berici. It is vinified for approximately 12 days in vertical vats. It is drawn off, pressed, and racked into steel tanks where it undergoes malolactic fermentation, then aged in used barriques for 12 months. Racking is done, no fining is added, and the wine is bottled after light filtration.
