The 2023 Ceraudo 'Grayasusi' Etichetta Rame Rosato is a Calabrian wine made from 100% Gaglioppo grapes. The vines, approximately 20 years old, are grown using the espalier system on southeast-facing plots under certified organic management. Sustainability is also a priority in the winery, with photovoltaic panels used to make it energy self-sufficient. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in stainless steel tanks and is then aged in steel for a few months.
