Historical corporate assembly active since 1968 consists of grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon the Rivarossa besides being the name of the wine is also the name of a land parcel of the company's properties. The characteristics of the ex-clay soil of Rivarossa adapt to the cultivation of the two red grapes and wine that goes with it is velvety and balanced features the right freshness and acidity required to make it lively and tantalizing to the palate. Best served at a temperature of 16-18 degrees.
