Crystalline, pale pink color reminiscent of peach blossoms. Fine, fairly persistent bubbles.
Olfactory tasting
Aromatic notes of Glera, enriched with hints of redcurrant and raspberry. A bouquet of white flowers and small fruits wrapped in a balsamic note of fresh rosemary leaves.
Taste tasting
Each sip enters the mouth lively, with a very pleasant freshness, then the savory character emerges, and finally the full-bodied structure of the Pinot Noir. It is complex and long, perfectly in keeping with the aroma. Harmonious and elegant, it closes with a long, silky finish.
