Prosecco Di Valdobbiadene Superiore Vettori Extra Dry

The Prosecco Vettori Extra Dry sparkling wine is obtained from a careful white vinification by soft pressing, cleaning of the must by refrigeration and fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 19/20 °C. The subsequent secondary fermentation takes place in an autoclave at a low temperature to avoid weakening the fragrance and aroma typical of this grape variety.

Vettori Extra Dry Sparkling Prosecco is made from a selection of only the company's own Prosecco grapes. The vines are trained using the Sylvoz and Doppio Capovolto methods. This allows for a low yield per vine and a higher quality of the resulting grapes.
