Contains sulfites.
Borgoluce Brut Nature Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore sui Lieviti is made from Glera grapes, but unlike classic Prosecco, after pressing the whole bunches and fermenting the free-run must using the estate's yeasts, the wine spends the entire winter aging on the lees. It is then bottled without dosage the following spring, and the spontaneous secondary fermentation leads to the exhaustion of residual sugars and the formation of effervescence, according to the ancestral method. It ages in the cellar for a further 3 months.
