Pinot Nero Rosato ''Broili'' Zeni, unlike other rosés, can pair well with both white and red meats such as boiled meat or canederli.

Pinot Noir Rosato ''Broili'' Zeni is a brightly colored rosé with pronounced hints of ripe cherry. It does not undergo malolactic fermentation, so as not to ruin the fresh, fruity aromas that characterize it; it is also excellent with red meats. Zeni uses the challenging Pinot Noir grapes to create a fresh, fragrant wine. The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar, where they usually remain in contact with the skins for 24 hours to extract the maximum possible color and aromas. Once racked and decanted, it is placed in steel tanks for a few months and then bottled in spring. Lightly tangy, which also comes from the minerals present in the gravelly, pebbly soil. Serve at 10-12 degrees Celsius.
