The vines are 20 years old and are located at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level. First year of production 1995. Manual harvest in mid-October. Fermentation for 8-10 days in stainless steel (temperature 28-30°C) with daily pumping over. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel.
