Attems' Pinot Grigio Ramato continues the tradition of the Venetian Republic, because 'ramato' was the term used to refer to Pinot Grigio. It is made using a special vinification process: the must remains in contact with the skins for about 10 hours, enriching the wine with a beautiful rosé hue.
